ESSENCE: mind, to think = to use your brain to process thoughts
THINKING IS APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY TO OUR LOVE LIFE.
IT IS ESSENTIAL TO USE BOTH HEMISPHERES OF OUR BRAIN APPROPRIATELY.
The capacity of our thinking is infinite, we can think anything whether it is in terms of hypotheses (= what we believe) or even in terms of thought processes.
In order for us to be aware of something, it is necessary for information to pass through our brain. Similar to a computer, the processing of information must go through the CPU = processor. But there is a lot of information and processes that we are not aware of, but are in our being. Our being works with information that comes from various sources (universe, people, nature, causal world = collective consciousness (= where all information is found), media, books, ...) which we process in our CONSCIOUSNESS AND SUBCONSCIOUSNESS (chakras , energy structures, heart,...).
For example, who among us fully consciously controls and perceives:
- What chemical reactions take place in our organism?
- How is the control of the functions of our heart or the thoughts that come to us?
- Your emotions, and which energy points are clean or clogged?
Our brain is very complex, so it is important that we use it appropriately. The key is to realize what and how we will use it: When we think inappropriately, then we do not have the space to devote ourselves to appropriate thoughts.
AND THIS IS WHY IT IS NECESSARY TO LEARN TO FILTER OUR THOUGHTS THAT WE WILL DEAL WITH.
Just like with food, where we use filters, such as sight, smell, taste, heart, perception, intuition,.. before we accept something, swallow it and then digest it. Likewise, when thinking, it is advisable to set up and use filters so that we use our brain appropriately to process the received information.

- Is this idea a good idea or do I need more information?
- Is this idea current or will I return to the topic later?
Our brain coordinates the information it receives through our senses (sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing + our heart and sixth sense = intuition, perception). And based on this information, the brain sends stimuli that are connected to our reaction through words, facial expressions, sight (our look) and emotions (we are happy, angry, angry, sad,...).
We have the ability to use 2 planes of thought, so it is advisable to learn to use these planes. BOTH PLANES OF THINKING ARE OK AND EACH HAS THEIR RIGHTS.
We also have 2 worlds that are different and complement each other.

Our mind is able to use both of these worlds at the same time, but it is not always easy to use them at the same time when we communicate. There are different types of communication (our senses, gestures, look, smell,...) that allow us to follow not only words, but also the meaning of gestures, looks, facial expressions. In addition, the influences of our subconscious and the state of our energy structures and our consciousness enter our communication.
It is therefore essential to realize that the results of our mind are based on the hypotheses (what we believe and what we know) and the processes (= logical procedures) we use.
For example: "I think that he/she thinks", in which case it is enough that we do not match exactly and the result of our thinking will not be correct.
Therefore, let's get used to asking others what they think, instead of assuming anything or considering the probability of what they think.
Many misunderstandings occur precisely because clear agreements are not accepted and respected.
Therefore, prioritize time to realize how our beings essentially function, how many parameters enter into communication (with yourself or with others) and what they are. Until we realize the complexity of our mind and all the input parameters, there will be misunderstanding.
Our Heart is an organ that knows and can do much more than is commonly known.
USE YOUR HEART TO PERCEIVE THE ANSWERS AND YOUR BRAIN TO VERIFY IF IT IS A PURE ANSWER OR AN ATTEMPT BY OUR EMOTIONS TO INFLUENCE OUR APPROPRIATE PERCEPTIONS.
