ESSENCE: to make something easier for someone, to enable others to develop in life and to fulfil their life mission.
HELPING EACH OTHER IS VERY SUITABLE.
FIRST LET'S LOOK AT THE CONCEPT OF POWER:
Helping is not controlling others, pushing them to do what we want, having power over someone, or using inductive and very unpleasant energy, powerful - authoritative, the world according to me regardless of what is convenient for the other.
In Czech the word help is pomoc that is composed out of 2 parts po = after and moc = contains 2 aspects: power or too much.
This means that we can help others when we do not exercise our authority / power for controlling or get advantage for us, but we do what really helps to the person we wish to help. And allow them to develop in their own way of life, we help. And if we help each other with the exchange (with respect to the LOVE filter) on our life journeys, we will be fine.
And another word very close is nemoc = NO-POWER = Illness warns us that it is appropriate to correct and improve something in our being. This means stopping doing a lot of things or stop thinking inappropriately, stop asserting yourself and stop living according to your own inappropriate thinking / setting. Change your mind, thought and attitudes, behaviour, ...
For example, in the practice of ETHIOMEDICINE, only the patient's heart indicates what the patient wishes to improve, not what the therapist or doctor thinks. This means that the therapist can only help with what the patient's heart wishes.
It is appropriate to help each other everywhere, at home, at work, among friends, in clubs, associations, and outside. A mere smile can help another anywhere, even on the street, to make his face glow.
It is very important to set up appropriate mutual assistance at home. It is inappropriate for one person to do everything and for others to roll in and abuse the fact that the person who does everything thinks that others will like him for it. But LOVE is not just about helping, LOVE is about helping and exchanging, and it is appropriate for all members of the household to understand. Agree that the help will be mutual and that everyone will contribute to the good functioning of the household. Agree on who will do the specific work for everyone. such as shopping, preparing breakfast, cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing, etc. It is advisable to create a table for an AGREEMENT on who and when will do specific activities. Helping does not only mean agreeing, but also respecting the agreement. Of course, it is appropriate to adapt to exceptional situations, for example, when someone is ill, then it is appropriate to agree on compensation and balance assistance and exchange.
