FEAR (EVEN OF ILLNESS)

ESSENCE: fear, anxiety, feeling restless about possible loss or inconvenience, of changes (= conservatism).

FEAR is the forerunner of fright and is at the beginning of the path to fright. We also recommend discussing and understanding the concept of fear.

Concerns often arise from inappropriate questions, such as: "what if ... if", "something that could happen," etc. This does not mean that it is not appropriate to analyse situations and be prepared for the various options that might arise. But there is no need to deal with concerns. It's the same with fear as with fright. It is important to note that:

  • We have no influence over many events and we only have the opportunity to accept them and incorporate them into our probability plan.
  • for events that we affect, it is necessary to decide whether it will be appropriate to address the event and how we will implement possible solutions.
  • fears can only get us into inappropriate energies and we will waste time and our energy.
  • It is advisable to try to convert the energy concerns into action as soon as possible. For example, when: We are afraid it will rain and we get wet. Isn't it better to decide straight away and bring an umbrella or a raincoat if it starts to rain? And so, go out without worries?

Using and pronouncing inappropriate words automatically evokes the energy associated with the word. And we spread this unpleasant and inappropriate energy to others. And it's very important to realize when we talk and share information with others. Words have their energy, so don't underestimate what you say to yourself or others. For example, if someone often repeats, "I'm stupid," or "you're stupid," or similar words about incompetence, clumsiness, is repeated, he or she confirms himself or others in a given statement.

It is very important to realize that someone who makes an inappropriate statement is wrong and needs to understand what Love = help and exchange is. But judging is not help, humiliating is not help, insulting is not help, ... Here, too, it depends on what we do with the information.

Therefore, it is appropriate to focus on sorting information and finding a suitable solution and to replace the fear of actions that remove the reasons for fear.
